Natural Beauty
The tabletop showcases the beauty of natural wood, including its unique grain, knots, cracks and organic live-edge character. Running through the centre is a deep-pour epoxy resin river, created using activated charcoal and mica powder to achieve a rich black finish with subtle depth and natural marbling.
The timber has been finished with Osmo, enhancing the warmth and natural grain of the wood while providing a durable, high-quality finish. A strong black geometric X-style metal base completes the design, giving Genesis No. 01 a contemporary industrial character.
A Unique First Piece
As Genesis No. 01 is one of our first handmade tables, it is being offered at a reduced introductory price of €800.
The tabletop thickness varies slightly from one side to the other — approximately 24 mm on one side and 21.5 mm on the other. This difference is not visually noticeable once assembled and does not detract from the finished appearance or character of the table. It is fully finished with Osmo, and the variation is disclosed for complete transparency.
There are also minor cosmetic marks on the metal legs, which are barely noticeable and do not affect the structure or functionality of the table. These minor imperfections have been taken into account in the reduced €800 price.
